1. General Information
All artwork sold on this website is created by hand by Syd. Each piece is unique and may contain natural variations, organic materials, and delicate elements. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the inherent nature of handmade and preserved art.
2. Artwork & Product Descriptions
I do my best to accurately photograph and describe each piece. However:
• Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen differences
• Organic materials (flowers, insects, bones, etc.) may show natural imperfections
• No two pieces are ever identical
These variations are part of the artwork and are not considered defects.
3. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at checkout.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled due to the custom, limited, and fragile nature of the artwork.

Refund & Return Policy
Due to the one-of-a-kind and fragile nature of the artwork, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Clear photos of the damaged artwork
• Photos of the packaging
• Your order number
Please email this information to vanko1801@gmail.com
If damage is confirmed, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
• A repair
• A partial refund
• A full refund
Refunds will not be issued without proper documentation.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Buyer’s remorse
• Minor variations in color or material
• Damage caused after delivery

Care Responsibility
Once the artwork is delivered, the buyer assumes full responsibility for proper care and handling. Many pieces contain preserved organic materials and should be kept:
• Out of direct sunlight
• In a stable, dry environment
• Away from excessive heat or humidity
